The Brand Challenge
Business Up LLC is a US-based web design and digital marketing agency, founded by Grace Cupples in Arizona. The agency has served thousands of brands across the United States over more than a decade, with a roster spanning local services, faith-based organizations, news platforms, and mobile-mechanic businesses.
But agencies live and die by their own websites. A prospect evaluating a web design partner spends thirty seconds on the agency’s homepage before deciding whether to fill out a form. If that homepage feels generic, dated, or templated, the agency loses — regardless of how strong the actual portfolio is.
When Grace approached us, the brief was direct: build the marketing site Business Up LLC deserves to have. One that backs up the work — and one her team can run without a developer.
What We Built
A Modern Visual Language
We anchored the brand on a bright, confident blue (#2563EB) set against generous white space and sky-blue gradient washes. Sparkle illustrations and an animated keyword marquee add motion and texture without crossing into “agency cliché” territory. Typography is a single, opinionated sans-serif at multiple weights — bold for headlines, medium for body, light for supporting copy — which keeps the visual hierarchy disciplined across long marketing pages.
The result reads as premium without being precious: confident, technically credible, and approachable enough that a small business owner doesn’t feel out of place clicking “Let’s Talk.”
A Conversion-Focused Homepage
The homepage was architected as a deliberate B2B sales funnel:
Hero & first impression. Bold value proposition, dual CTAs, and an immediate trust strip — 5,000+ brands served, 12+ years of experience, and a small avatar group of recognizable client industries. The supporting Mac mockup shows real work on real screens, not a stock image.
Service triage. A three-card grid splits the agency’s offer into the three things buyers actually search for: Website Design & Redesign, SEO Optimization & Growth, and Maintenance & Support. Each card links to a dedicated landing page where the conversation continues.
Trust building. A “Who we are” section with three sharp differentiators (Conversion-Focused · SEO & Growth Driven · Reliable Support), a logo wall of ten real client brands, and a verified-reviews section pulling from the Site Reviews plugin — 4.9-star aggregate from seven reviews at launch, with the architecture to scale to hundreds.
Conversion close. A “Why Businesses Choose Us” pillar section, a six-question FAQ that answers the objections prospects actually have (“how long does it take,” “do you offer ongoing support,” “how much does it cost”), and a final single-action CTA leading to the Let’s Talk page.
Four Service Landing Pages
Each service line gets its own dedicated page so paid traffic and organic search can land directly on the offer that matters:
- Custom Website Design — full bespoke design and development
- WordPress Development — custom themes, plugins, and platform builds
- Website Redesign & Optimization — modernizing existing sites without rebuilding the brand
- Ongoing Support & Maintenance — recurring care plans for security, speed, and updates
Every service page follows the same conversion architecture as the homepage at smaller scale: hero, problem-solution framing, deliverables breakdown, social proof, FAQ, and a final CTA.
Verified Reviews, Not Stock Testimonials
For a web design agency, fake testimonials are an existential risk — sophisticated buyers spot them immediately. We integrated the Site Reviews plugin so every testimonial on the site is collected through a real submission form, moderated, and timestamped. The agency can respond publicly to each review (an SEO and trust signal in itself), and the aggregate rating updates automatically as new reviews arrive.
WordPress + Elementor for Editorial Control
The entire build is on WordPress with Elementor for visual editing. Grace’s team can publish blog posts, update service descriptions, swap hero copy, and add new portfolio entries without touching code. Custom CSS handles the marquee scroller, animated counters, and the WhatsApp click-to-chat integration. Facebook Pixel is wired for retargeting from launch.

The Outcome
Business Up LLC launched with a digital presence that finally reflects the work the agency does for its own clients. The homepage tells the brand story in a single scroll, the three service lines are each two clicks from a contact form, and the verified review system is collecting fresh testimonials in production.
Grace’s team can now run the site without a developer — adding new portfolio items, publishing service updates, and moderating reviews directly from the WordPress admin. The platform is built to extend: adding new service lines, blog content, or geographic landing pages doesn’t require a redesign.
Most importantly: when a prospect lands on bizupllc.com after seeing one of Grace’s ads or hearing about the agency from a referral, the site closes the credibility gap fast. The first impression now matches the quality of the work.
