01 About SiteDiv

A small global agency focused on considered, long-lasting web work.

Senior practitioners working directly with clients. We stay deliberately small so the same person on your first call is the one designing and writing the code. Remote-first, US Eastern business hours, USD pricing.

SiteDiv was founded to be a deliberate counterweight to the modern agency model. As templates became cheaper and tools became faster, the web started to look increasingly uniform — and it became harder for good businesses to distinguish themselves online through their website alone.

The agency is run by senior practitioners who have shipped projects together across websites, applications, and SEO programs. Work is not outsourced. We are deliberately small so that the same people who take your first call are the ones designing and building the project.

SiteDiv is a small, distributed agency working with clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. We invoice in US Dollars, work US Eastern business hours, and are reachable on Slack, WhatsApp, or email throughout your workday — with same-day response during US business hours. Clients range from local businesses and professional practices to Series A SaaS companies and established eCommerce brands. What they tend to share is a preference for careful work over fast work, and for a long-term working relationship over a transactional one.

What we believe

Four principles that shape how the agency approaches every project.

01

Constraints make better work.

Unlimited scope produces unfocused sites. We start with a written brief and we honor it. "Could we also add…" gets answered with "not in this SOW, but happy to scope a phase two."

02

Speed is a feature.

Most agencies are slow because they're busy, not because the work requires it. We protect our calendars so we can move quickly on the projects we commit to. If we can't move quickly, we'll tell you before you pay a deposit.

03

Opinions beat options.

You're not paying us to present three versions of the same idea. You're paying us to pick the right one and defend it. We come with opinions. You overrule them when yours is better.

04

The web is a craft.

Code is written. Type is set. Sites are built, not generated. We take the craft seriously — which sometimes means telling a client the thing they asked for is worse than the thing we'd recommend instead.

How we work

A four-phase process with weekly demos and no hidden milestones.

Week 1

Discovery

We learn your business — not from a questionnaire, from a conversation. We study your competitors, your customers, and what you actually need the site to do. You receive a written brief and a fixed quote.

Weeks 2–3

Design

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity design in Figma. You approve each screen before it moves to development. No surprises, no "design by committee" Slack threads.

Weeks 3–6

Build

Clean, semantic code. Weekly progress demos on a staging URL you can share. We run performance, accessibility, and SEO audits as we go — not after launch.

Week 6+

Launch & support

Deploy, monitor, measure. We stay for 30 days post-launch, included. After that, most clients move to a lightweight care plan. Most don't need to.

Timelines are typical. Your project may differ. We’ll give you an exact one in the first conversation.

Reviews

What clients have said after launch, in their own words.

Share a few details about your project — we’ll reply within 24 hours.

Every enquiry is read by a senior team member. You’ll receive a scoped proposal if we’re a fit, or an honest note explaining why we may not be — usually with a referral to an agency that is.
