Just show up to the kickoff call. We guide you through everything. If you have existing brand assets, copy, or images — great. If not, we can help with those too. We've built full sites from scratch for clients who started with nothing but a business idea.
Unlimited revisions during the design phase — we don't move to development until you're completely satisfied with the designs. During development, we handle two rounds of feedback. After launch, we cover bug fixes for 30 days at no charge.
100%. Your domain, hosting, code, design files, and all content belong to you from day one. We don't lock you into proprietary platforms or hold anything hostage. If you ever leave, you take everything with you — no questions asked.
Yes — about 30% of our clients are based outside the US. We work asynchronously across time zones and schedule kickoff and review calls at times that work for both sides. All project communication is documented and available in your shared workspace.
