The Brand Challenge
WellStead Cleaning is a premium residential cleaning service operating across the Greater Seattle area, serving busy families and professionals across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, and Burien. The brand is built on three ideas that actually matter to homeowners: consistency, structured process, and transparent pricing.
The challenge was translating that positioning into a website that could compete in a crowded local market where most cleaning service sites look indistinguishable. Beyond looking professional, the site had to clear the trust bar required for someone to invite a stranger into their home, surface pricing transparently enough that visitors didn’t bounce, rank locally across multiple suburb-level service areas, and convert mobile traffic into booked jobs in under two minutes.
The brand also needed to feel calm and premium — never flashy, never discount-driven, never templated.
What We Built
A Trust-First Homepage
The homepage opens with a focused hero section anchored on the brand promise — “Where Clean Feels Like Peace” — supported by three trust bullets that handle the biggest first-impression objections: trusted local professionals, flexible scheduling, and clear pricing with no hidden costs. A dual CTA pairs online booking with a prominent phone number so visitors who prefer talking to a human can call directly.
Below the hero, the page flows through an About section establishing process and reliability, a service overview with starting prices, a results module highlighting service areas and stats, a “Why Choose Us” block reinforcing the three core differentiators (consistent results, flexible scheduling, clear communication), a real-work gallery, the review system, the service area map, the three-step process, a final booking CTA, and the FAQ.
Every section is engineered to handle a specific objection on the path to booking.
Service Tier Pages with Transparent Pricing
Most cleaning service websites either hide pricing entirely or dump confusing tiers on a single page. We built three dedicated service landing pages with clear starting prices upfront:
- Standard Cleaning — Starting from $149. General surface cleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, living areas.
- Deep Cleaning — Starting from $249. Detailed scrubbing, buildup removal, neglected and high-use areas.
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — Starting from $299. Empty-home detailed service covering cabinets, floors, and surfaces.
Recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and Custom cleaning options are presented as flexible add-ons with custom-quote CTAs, giving the team room to upsell or tailor without forcing every visitor down the same funnel.
Local SEO Coverage Across Greater Seattle
For a local service business, ranking only for “Seattle cleaning” leaves money on the table — most actual searches happen at the suburb level. We built a “Where We Serve” section calling out all six service areas individually (Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Burien), giving the site real ranking opportunities for the lower-competition suburb searches the bigger franchise competitors often ignore.
Verified Review System
For a service that depends on letting strangers into homes, social proof has to do real work. We integrated a review system displaying verified customer reviews with a 5-star aggregate rating directly on the homepage, paginated review listing for visitors who want to scroll deeper, and a popup-based “Leave a Review” form so happy clients can add their own without leaving the site. This turns the review module into a compounding asset — the more jobs WellStead completes, the more weight the homepage carries.
Three-Step Process & FAQ
A visual three-step booking process (Book Service → We Clean → Enjoy Results) demystifies the experience for first-time clients who’ve never used a cleaning service before. The FAQ section addresses the five real questions cleaning prospects always have: how to book, whether they need to be home, what affects pricing, customization options, and rescheduling. Together these two modules handle the bulk of pre-booking hesitation that would otherwise show up in phone calls or unanswered enquiries.
Mobile-First Booking Experience
Most local service traffic lands on mobile after a Google search, so the entire experience is engineered for thumb-driven booking. An off-canvas mobile menu, a persistent click-to-call header phone number, AVIF image format throughout for fast load times, and a streamlined booking flow mean a visitor can go from search result to confirmed booking in under two minutes — all on their phone.

The Outcome
WellStead Cleaning launched with a website that finally matches the quality of the service. Pricing is clear, services are differentiated, the booking flow works on mobile in under two minutes, and the review system is set up to compound trust over time as more jobs get completed.
The local SEO foundation gives the business real ranking potential across all six Greater Seattle service areas, not just the metro itself — and the architecture is built to scale as the team adds new suburbs, services, or specialty offerings (post-construction cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, commercial work) without a redesign.
For a service that lives or dies on trust, the website now does the heavy lifting before the first phone call — exactly what a premium local service business needs.
