The Brand Challenge
Lead Pulse Ads is a paid media agency built around a clear thesis: most service businesses are sold expensive, long-term marketing retainers that overpromise and underdeliver. Their counter-offer is the opposite — flexible monthly contracts, full ownership of every campaign asset, transparent reporting, and a DIY playbook handed over so clients can run things themselves if they ever want to walk away.
Operating across the UK and Switzerland, the agency works with gyms and personal trainers, dental and cosmetic clinics, real estate firms, healthcare practices, and legal services. Their existing tech stack runs on GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for CRM and pipeline management.
The challenge was building a website that could do three things at once: act as a high-converting destination for the cold paid traffic the agency runs for itself, segment prospects by industry so ad campaigns could land on tailored messaging instead of a generic homepage, and serve a bilingual audience across two countries — without compromising on speed, design, or CRM integration.
What We Built
A Conversion-First Homepage
The homepage is structured as a deliberate conversion funnel rather than a brochure. The hero section opens with a focused value proposition and immediately surfaces the three biggest objections prospects bring to a lead generation agency: are you locked in, who owns the work, and will you actually deliver. Each objection gets its own bullet — flexible monthly contracts, full ownership of every campaign asset, conversion-driven partnerships, and a DIY-ready playbook handed over after engagement.
From there, visitors move through a services grid (Meta paid advertising, Google PPC, CRM pipeline management, automated customer messaging), a “how we keep you informed” section that demonstrates communication cadence (24/7 SMS support, midweek strategy reviews, seamless CRM pipeline visibility, weekly performance reports), a results section featuring named client outcomes, an About block establishing the team’s credentials, and a “What Sets Us Apart” section that consolidates the differentiators.
The “Book a free consultation” CTA repeats at every natural decision point — after the value proposition, after services, after results, and as the final action on the page.
Industry-Specific Landing Pages
We built two dedicated industry landing pages so paid campaigns could be segmented at the ad level:
- Gyms & Personal Trainers — tailored messaging for fitness operators, with industry-relevant pain points and proof.
- Dental & Cosmetic Clinics — positioning, language, and trust signals built specifically for clinic decision-makers.
This means the team can run segmented Meta and Google campaigns straight to messaging that speaks to a specific audience, rather than burning ad spend driving cold traffic to a generic homepage.
Bilingual Setup (English & French)
To serve the agency’s Swiss prospects, the entire site is fully bilingual using TranslatePress. A flag-based language switcher (UK / FR) sits in the main navigation, and translated content carries across every page — homepage, industry pages, About, and the booking flow. Both UK and Swiss phone numbers are visible in the header so prospects can call the closest region directly.
LeadConnector / GoHighLevel CRM Integration
Rather than running a generic WordPress contact form and patching it into the CRM with Zapier, we embedded the agency’s native LeadConnector form widget directly into the site. Every consultation request flows straight into their GoHighLevel pipeline the moment it’s submitted, with no middleware, no delay, and no lost leads.
Tracking, Attribution & Analytics
Because the entire business model relies on running paid traffic, the tracking layer had to be airtight from day one. We installed and configured Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel correctly across the site, so every campaign the agency runs has clean conversion attribution. Form submissions, button clicks, and key page views are all tracked, giving the team real visibility into which channels and creatives are actually producing pipeline.
Trust & Social Proof
For an agency selling lead generation, the website itself has to feel credible at first glance. We built that through a results section showcasing measurable client outcomes, two named-client testimonials with real titles and companies (HostUpLift and Blackden Consulting), prominent display of dual UK + Swiss contact information, and a clean visual treatment that signals “established agency” rather than “freelancer side project.”

The Outcome
Lead Pulse Ads launched with a website that functions as the foundation of their entire paid media strategy — not just a digital business card. Cold traffic from Meta and Google ads now lands on industry-specific pages with tailored messaging, prospects can self-serve in either English or French, and every consultation request flows directly into their existing CRM pipeline.
The site is fast, mobile-first, and conversion-engineered, which means the agency’s own ad spend isn’t being eroded by slow page loads or leaky funnels. It’s built to scale — as Lead Pulse adds new industry verticals or expands into additional regions, the architecture supports it without a rebuild.
For an agency whose entire pitch is “we deliver real, measurable results,” the website finally matches the promise.
